The 2024 1/10 Troy Ounce Gold Maple Leaf coin is the smallest version of Canada's premier bullion coin, minted by The Royal Canadian Mint. Since its inception in 1979, this popular bullion coin has evolved from an initial fineness of .999 to .9999 in 1982. Occasionally, special edition coins with an extraordinary .99999 fineness are produced. The 2024 coin features the iconic Canadian Maple Leaf design on the reverse, along with the weight and fineness. A recent security enhancement includes a small additional Maple Leaf engraved on the reverse, laser marked with the last two digits of the year of issue. The obverse showcases the portrait of King Charles III. This coin is legal tender in Canada.

Although primarily intended as bullion coins, these pieces are often purchased as collectibles as well as investment assets.
